Shipping & payment
How much is shipping?
For most countries, shipping is free on all orders. For Norway, Iceland and Cyprus, the listed fee is $118 per piece.
Which payment methods are accepted?
PayPal is the payment method listed for zumakings.com. See the Payment Method page for the current instructions.
Order management & tracking
How can I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed after shipment. Use 17track.net or contact [email protected].
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Order information can be modified or an order can be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase. Once an order has shipped, changes and cancellations are not available.
Returns
What is the return policy?
A return and refund can be requested within 14 days of receiving an order. Items must be unused, in original condition and include accessories. Return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Read the Refund & Return Policy.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping fees under the current policy.
